What is "Instructional Design"?
Instructional Design is the process of designing, developing, and delivering instructional materials. Those materials can be for traditional instructor led courses, experiential learning courses, e-learning courses, or a combination.
How can Sprig Solution's Instructional Design Services help me?
Have an organizational problem? Determined that training is needed to help resolve that problem? That's where our Instructional Design Services can help. We can help you analyze your training needs, work with you to design a training program, and then develop the training for you. We'll write the curriculum, facilitator's guide, participant guides, produce PowerPoint slides, and even develop the E-Learning Course if needed. We can also design and deliver a train-the-trainer training so your staff can expertly deliver the training.
Do You Have Any Examples of Your Instructional Design Work?
Corrective Education Company (CEC) works with individuals, retailers, government officials, security firms and parents to provide a successful, equitable and more efficient alternative to judicial prosecution. Their CEC Restore is a program based on principles of Restorative Justice designed to help first-time shoplifting offenders right their wrong. They wanted to create another program to help retailers prevent internal theft. They had some ideas, but were stuck. That's when they turned to Sprig Solutions. We worked with the CEC team to analyze the learner's needs, we designed the training, wrote the instructional content, developed learning activities, developed a story board, and wrote scripts for narration and skits. Take a look at the video below to see how our work turned out!
